What happens when I hit my plan limit?
Existing merchants keep syncing. New merchant inserts from Partner API pause until you upgrade — we log the cap-hit so you can see it on the dashboard. The rest of the product (Action Queue, weekly reports, campaigns) keeps working on whatever we already have.
Are there any features locked behind Pro or Scale?
Two, today: the workflow editor (view-only on Free) and unlimited weekly report configs (Free includes one). The 5-score engine, Action Queue, merchant profiles, metric thresholds, audit log, and compliance tooling are the same on every plan.
Can I switch plans any time?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate and prorated. Downgrade takes effect at the next billing period. Cancellation keeps you on your current plan through the period you already paid for, then reverts to Free.
Do you charge for sending email?
No. We never send email ourselves — your ESP (Resend, SendGrid) does. You pay them directly for what you send. We charge for the platform and the orchestration, not the delivery.
Annual billing?
Yes. 20% off on Pro and Scale if you pay up front for the year. Available at checkout — no separate form.
What about Shopify Billing?
We bill through Stripe, not Shopify, because our customers are app developers — not Shopify merchants. Shopify Billing is for apps sold to merchants. Your own app can keep using Shopify Billing with its merchants exactly the same as before.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep read access for 30 days. After that, full deletion — sends, events, scores, queue items, reports. Audit log retained per our retention config (default 2 years, configurable). Deletion runs on a nightly cron with a 30-day grace window.
Enterprise / custom pricing?
For orgs above Scale limits, we do custom plans. Email jahangir@efoli.com with your app count, merchant count, and any compliance requirements (SOC 2, EU residency, etc.). We usually reply the same day.
